HIGH-SPEED STAMPING PRESS: Equipped with 50 high-precision continuous stamping presses to realize high-speed and precision stamping forming of terminals. Each unit is fitted with an A-type visual inspection machine to achieve 100% full inspection.

STAMPING PRECISION: It supports precision stamping up to ±0.01mm, ensuring the geometric shape and contact reliability of terminals.
INJECTION WORKSHOP
PRECISION INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE: Equipped with 48 brand-new Yizumi servo precision injection molding machines, ranging from 80T to 160T, to meet the production requirements of components in various sizes.

INJECTION MOLDING PRECISION: The molding tolerance of plastic parts is stably controlled within ±0.02mm.
AUTOMATIC WORKSHOP
AUTOMATION EQUIPMENT: There are 38 sets of non-standard automated production and assembly machines. The automation participation rate of product assembly exceeds 80%. The company has an independent R&D department for automated production to realize self-reliance and controllability.
CNC MACHINING WORKSHOP
MOLD PROCESSING EQUIPMENT: The company is equipped with 42 processing devices including CNC machines, wire cutters, and EDM machines. It conducts the whole process of mold research, processing and assembly to achieve independent controllability.
