Zhejiang Yuanpu Electrical Co., Ltd. was established in 2005. Its predecessor was Yueqing Yuanpu Electrical Co., Ltd. The company‘s headquarters is located at No. 77 Zhongshan Avenue, Shangwu Industrial Zone, Qiliang Town, Liucheng City, Wenjiang District. The factory area covers 30,000 square meters. We are dedicated to connector-related electronic components and accessories. We are a large manufacturing enterprise that integrates mold development, manufacturing, processing, and sales.
In 2016, our company was recognized as a "Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise in Zhejiang Province“. At the same time, our headquarters, Zhejiang Yuanpu, was established, specializing in the development of new energy products and automated intelligent manufacturing equipment. In 2025, our company was rated as a provincial-level digital and automated workshop in Zhejiang Province, obtaining multiple patents, and cooperating with well-known automotive manufacturers such as Geely, SAIC, and Shaanxi Auto. The company has a fully equipped production workshop covering the entire company, ensuring high production capacity and efficiency. The stamping workshop is equipped with over 60 high-precision continuous stamping machines, enabling high-speed and precise stamping and forming of terminals, with each machine equipped with an AI image inspection machine for 100% inspection. The precision injection molding machines have 48 Yishimi brand servo precision injection molding machines, and the precision of each plastic product is controlled within ±0.02mm. There are 38 non-standard automated production assembly machines, with product assembly participation reaching over 80%, and an independent automated production research and development department has been established to achieve independent control. The company‘s products include 2,000 types of sheaths and 800 types of terminals. The annual output of sheaths is 700 million pieces, and the annual output of terminals is 800 million pieces. The annual sales volume of terminals can reach 1.5 billion pieces.
